Flash Disk experienced Write Protect
Tip with CHKDSK and formats through the Dos Prompt:
1. Sign in to Windows XP DOS Prompt and type CHKDSK / F Drive letter: (chkdsk / fv:)
2. Done checking the Check Disk (CHKDSK), you try to remove the existing files in Flash disk drive with the Del command letter :*.*. Examples of command remove a file from Flash Disk on drive V: is DEL V: *.*
3. Once again you try to format with the command Promt Dos. Format V:
4. Or use the way through the Computer Management and see the volume V drive, and you try to format. If there are error messages on the computer to do the boot
Flash disk you have is corrupt. The above-mentioned way is to repair the corrupted flash disk files and experience protect files when copying or moving data and can not do the format.
Finished formatting the flash disk, but you get the same message when doing format. Try to do a boot on the computer to refresh the Windows XP to recognize your Flash Disk. If still experiencing the same thing, you try to do chkdsk repeat again, if there are invalid link message. If the second time you still have it, the way we provide does not apply to your flash disk
Case Flash Disk Write Protect sometimes only happens on one computer while some time still can be used by different computers. But can also directly occur on all computers that when you connect your flash disk in the system either Windows XP or other OS
Another thing could have made an error in your flash disk and not necessarily due to corrupt files that make cases like the above.
